Job Description:
1. Independently handling order processing, documentation, shipping and all relevant issues
2. Optimize and manage order follow-up process in all commercial activities including market research, sample collection and distribution, order and shipping data input, sourcing of appropriate new buyer.
3. Associate within merchandising team: documents, update information.
4. Coordination between suppliers and overseas customers.
5. Provide full support for buying visits: prepare travel arrangement, schedule meeting programs.
Requirements:
1. Minimum one year¡'s or above working experience of foreign trading, logistics    management or purchasing/supply chain appreciated.
2. Familiar with trade documentary: letter of credit, shipping document etc.
3. Good office computer skills: Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook
4. Fluent English and Chinese; major in international economic and trade preferred
5. Good organization & communication skills, strong sense of responsibility.
6. Detail-oriented and have ability to set priorities and handle multiple tasks.
7. Strong analytical problem solving mind.
8. Knowledge of metal products will be an advantage
9. Logistics experience(booking shipping) will be accord priority consideration.
